Updated policy as per Government Guidelines

Special Conditions relating to Corona Virus

During the period of Government special measures relating to Covid-19 we will apply the following procedures and conditions for guests staying with us. We will update these accordingly.

1. Guests must inform us , immediately prior to arrival that they:

  • Are not exhibiting symptoms of Covid-19
  • Have not tested positive for Covid-19 within the last 14 days
  • Are not self-isolating for symptomatic reasons
  • Have not knowingly been in contact with a person who has tested positive for Covid-19 within the last 14 days
  • Are not part of the “Track and Trace” NHS system

Any guests that are non-compliant with the above terms must not travel to us. Any guest found to be in breach of the above points will have their stay cancelled with no refund.

A credit note can be issued if you can provide evidence of:

  • A positive Covid-19 test
  • You have documented evidence that you have been instructed not to travel by the NHS or Government 

2. All guests should immediately inform us and return home to self-isolate, if, during their stay:

  • They exhibit symptoms of Covid-19
  • They test positive for Covid-19
  • They are informed that they have been in contact with a person diagnosed with Covid-19 either informally or via the NHS Track and Trace system

In the event that a guest is unable to return home, we will contact the local authority for further guidance. In these circumstances guests will be responsible for all normal charges and costs for their continued stay at the apartment and any further penalties incurred through cancellations of upcoming guests. In this circumstance:

  • Guests must stay within the property and not visit any public spaces
  • Guests must use local food delivery services with delivery left in the main hallway for collection.
  • All communications and check out will need to be organised remotely
  • There will be no property servicing or repairs unless in an emergency
  • Rubbish is to placed outside rear property door at a prearranged time
  • There must be no outside visitors to the property other than medical personnel

We would appreciate it if guests gave us an update on current condition prior to check out

3.Guests must inform us, if within 14 days of their departure home:

  • They exhibit symptoms of Covid-19
  • They test positive for Covid-19 or
  • Informed that they have been in contact with a person who has tested positive for Covid-19 either informally or via the NHS Track and Trace system

4.In the event that we have a confirmed or suspected case of Covid-19 in the apartment a special cleaning regime will be initiated after the guests leave. This may affect the arrival time/date of the next guests

  • Under these circumstances we may defer, at our discretion, the start date of your stay by up to typically (but not limited to) 24 hours to initiate a special cleaning regime to ensure we minimise the risk to you.
  • We will refund pro-rata for any nights lost from your holiday
  • In the event that you will lose a reasonably substantial part of your stay, we will offera credit note for the equivalent of your stay valid for a year.

We will not be liable for any other costs or claims whatsoever arising from these actions
